TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION :

  • This Equipment is designed to increase the overall production capacity up to 2500 bricks / 8 Hrs shift.
  • In this press, the hydraulic cylinder operating time is 15 sec per cycle also depend on the operator’s efficiency.
  • The die in the mold made with replaceable linear of hardened alloy steel .the life of liners is 70,000 bricks and this figure would vary depending on the soil hardness which is found to different from place to place.
  • In case of equipment is operated in a dusty environment, proper care has to be taken by the customer.
